Just loosen up that collar and enjoy this film for what it is. Cinematography and score we great, and the S/VFX were decent. He is a Nigerian-American actor, singer and music producer. ![]() Olly Sholotan will be playing Carlton Banks. Adrian Holmes is a Welsh Canadian actor, who is taking on the role of Uncle Phil. All casting and performances were spot on and convincing, especially Isabel May as Zoe - she nailed her character. Bel-Air is his first major on-screen role, according to his IMDb page. The 109 min runtime was just right for the story. Other than that, the story flowed nicely and it was well paced. Hunting with her dad didn't quite cut it for me, although her closing comment was on point and you'll probably end up clapping like we did. NOW, this is a story all about how his life got flipped-turned upside down Josie, Alycia, and Yasmine sit down with Olly Sholotan (Peacock’s Bel-Air) to discuss their close friendship, their Family Feud feud, and his reimagining of Carlton Banks, and why the movie Inception wrecked him. Had Zoe's character had a better military background in the story, instead of her mom, then she could've gone ballistic and it'd be convincing. I don't think she really needed to be part of the story, and the hero role played out a little on the overkill side. His story did have a few plot and technical issues, but for "not" being a seasoned Hollywood screenwriter, he did just fine. Writer and director Kyle Rankin did a fine job directing this film and his cast. And to those who think this film is politically motivated, give your heads a shake and go out more for fresh air lol. Why is everyone so sensitive and need to be politically correct these days? Just sit back, grab the popcorn, and enjoy the ride. Sholotan is coming out next in the upcoming film "Gigi & Nate" penned by David Hudgins ("Friday Night Lights") for director Nick Hamm ("Driven") opposite Marcia Gay Harden, Josephine Langford, Diane Ladd and Jim Belushi. He recently appeared in the 2020 Venice International Film Festival selection, "Run Hide Fight" for Voltage opposite Thomas Jane, Radha Mitchell and Isabel May for writer/director Kyle Rankin.
